Bloom Community Services

Jamie L. Moyer is the Chief Marketing and Development Officer for Bloom Consulting and Bloom Community Services, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through employment, education, and community inclusion. As President of the Texas Chapter of APSE and an Ambassador for Partnership Lake Houston, Jamie works to bridge businesses, service providers, and community partners in creating workplaces and communities where everyone belongs. A U.S. Army Veteran and advocate for equitable access, Jamie is passionate about building inclusive programs that redefine expectations, celebrate abilities, and transform lives through compassion and collaboration.
